If you are interested in this type of accommodation you must normally be over 55 and fully independent. (Occasionally we will consider younger people where there is a need, such as if they use a wheelchair and need lift access to their home.) Our leaflet accommodation for older people tells you more about the types of homes we have available and the services and support we provide. We also offer a support service to residents in sheltered housing. Support is assessed and agreed with residents and is provided by a dedicated team of support officers.
