how we prioritise repairs
We will deal with your repair request as quickly as possible, and give it a category relating to its priority.

How we prioritise repairs

Priority Examples Target time

Emergency

Burst pipes, complete electrical failure (for gas leaks call Transco on 0800 111 999)

Within 24 hours

Urgent

Blocked drains, failed central heating or hot water systems

Within 3 working days

Routine

General repairs to services, internal fixtures and fittings or the outside structure of the home

Within 20 working days

Target date

Where possible, we will do some routine non-urgent repairs together for efficiency. We will give these a target date priority.

Within 3 months
