We will look at your application and decide the priority of your move depending on your individual needs and circumstances. Read our leaflet transferring to another home for more information about how we offer transfers. If you need to move and you don't qualify to go on the transfer list or you are of a low priority on that list, you might want to think about 'swapping' homes with another tenant. You can swap with another Sovereign tenant or with a tenant of another housing association or local authority. Our mutual exchange leaflet will tell you more about swapping homes. |
