There are options for you to buy your home, but they do not apply to all residents.

The Right to Buy scheme lets you buy your home at a discounted price. Generally, you may have this right if your tenancy with Newbury District Council was transferred to us in December 1989.

The Right to Acquire scheme lets you buy your home at a discounted price. Generally, you may have this right if your home was built after April 1997 with the help of a grant from either the Government or a local authority.
