How can I join?

All you need to do is let us know if you are interested in joining more and we’ll do the rest. You can do this in a number of different ways. You can:

  • phone us;
  • e-mail us;
  • send us a letter;
  • ask our Customer Feedback Co-ordinator or any other member of staff; or
  • pop into one of our reception areas.

We will do all the necessary checks to see if you are eligible and contact you within 10 days.

If you are not eligible, we will explain why and tell you what you need to do to be able to join. If you are eligible, we will send you your welcome pack.
