We need to make sure that everyone pays their rent in full and on time because we need this money to provide services to residents.

We will help you avoid getting behind with your rent by giving you lots of different ways to pay and by making it easy to get information about the payments you have made.

Pay by post
Pay in person

If you do not pay your rent we will contact you promptly. We will talk to you about how you can clear the debt as quickly as possible.

If you fail to keep to any payment agreement, we will take formal action against you which could end up with you losing your home.

We have produced a booklet that gives advice on how to tackle your debts called 'Managing your money'. Please ask for a copy by printing off and filling in our publications order form, or ask your housing officer. We can also tell you about organisations that can give you independent advice.
