If you wish to cancel your payment, you can do this at any time by selecting the ‘cancel’ button. This will take you back to the Sovereign home page and all the details you have entered will be deleted.
If you share a PC, or if you are using it in a library or an Internet café, when you have finished making your payment you should completely disconnect from the Sovereign website. This makes sure that your card details remain secure.

How do I know the site is secure?
How we protect your information
Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher) supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is an industry standard for internet payments. This means all of your personal information and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption when they are transmitted over the Internet. This makes it virtually impossible for anyone else to discover and use your details.
Check you are using a secure site
Check your browser encryption strength by using your mouse to hover over a padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window (it should be a closed padlock). When you do this, it should tell you that it is SSL Secured 128 bit.
