paying your invoices
We need to make sure that everyone pays their invoices in full and on time because we need this money to provide services to residents. We will help you avoid getting behind with your invoice account by giving you lots of different ways to pay and by making it easy to get information about the payments you have made.
Pay by standing order - if you wish to pay regular invoices by standing order, please contact us by sending an email to debtors@sovereign.org.uk or telephone us on 01635 572117 between the hours of 9.00 am and 1.00 pm. If you do not keep to any payment agreement, we will take formal action against you, which could result in court proceedings. We have produced a booklet that gives advice on how to tackle your debts called 'Managing your money'. Please ask for a copy by printing off and filling in our publications order form, or ask your housing officer. We can also tell you about organisations that can give you independent advice. |
