pay by direct debit

You can set up a direct debit to make regular payments from your bank or building society account.

The main benefits to you are:

• you won't need to remember to pay us;
• you will not miss any payments (providing there is money available in your account);
• you can leave the administration to us when your rent changes; and
• the payment will reach your rent account the same day.

Download a direct debit application form.

When you complete the form, please fill in:

• the 14-character property reference number;
• the property address;
• the garage address (if appropriate); and
• your bank or building society details

Sign and date the form and send it to:
