The best person to help us improve is you! We are committed to providing homes and neighbourhoods that people want to live in. We think that communities achieve the best results when everyone works together. Here at Sovereign we aim to provide a range of different ways for residents to get involved with their neighbourhoods, communities and the services that we provide. The amount of involvement is flexible and can change according to how much or little you want. We can help you set up a resident group to deal with a particular local issue that affects you directly. You can help shape the services all residents receive by attending meetings and telling us where we can change to improve. We will tailor involvement opportunities to suit our residents and constantly respond to suggestions and feedback. By getting involved, you will have an opportunity to influence your neighbourhood and help us to provide better services for residents as well as meet staff and lots of new people. You will have the chance to attend free courses, conferences and training and we will cover any childcare and transport costs. In April 2008 we will have a new look website promoting lots of exciting new ways you can get involved .
