selling your property
Before you sell your home, you must have lived in the property for at least three months. If you decide to sell your property, or the share you own, you will need to tell us. We then have one month to name a buyer for your home. If we don't name someone within a month, you can sell the property privately.
Under certain leases, you may have to sell your share back to us. If you think this might apply to you, please check your lease or contract. For more information about selling your home, phone your leasehold services officer. Click here to find out who to contact. |
