Service Improvement Panels
spacerEvery six months we hold meetings with staff and residents about our main priority service areas which are: Repairs & Maintenance, Antisocial behaviour, Neighbourhood management and Leasehold. These look at:
  • our performance;
  • customer satisfaction and complaints;
  • ideas and suggestions to improve the service;
  • changes to policy and procedure; and
  • results from mystery shopping.
