In autumn 2004, a team from the Audit Commission Housing Inspectorate came to visit us to find out about our services to you, and how we are working to improve these.

They looked at how we do in various areas, including:

  • how we plan repairs and carry out maintenance;
  • how we consult tenants;
  • how we allocate homes; and
  • how we tackle issues like antisocial behaviour and complaints.

“The results were really good, and the inspectors said Sovereign provided good services, and had excellent prospects for improvement. This is one of the best results in the country.”
