How Sovereign Housing Association (SHA) is managed has changed since we joined the Sovereign Housing Group.

Various management boards and committees meet regularly to decide how the group's businesses should be run. These are made up of volunteers with skills in areas like finance, house building and managing companies. Day-to-day management is undertaken by the Group Management Team and our staff at various offices.

	SHA's Chairman is now Rosemary Sanders-Rose OBE and SHA has its own Management Board rather than separate committees. Rosemary also sits on the Sovereign Housing Group Management Board to help make sure that wider strategic decisions meet the needs of all members of the group.
	Paul Crawford is SHA's Managing Director. He was previously Customer Services Director for 5 years. Paul is also part of the Group Management Team.
	Mike Dobel is Chairman of the Sovereign Housing Group.
	Ann Santry is Chief Executive of the Sovereign Housing Group.
