Sovereign Housing Group develops a wide range of properties for its subsidiary landlords Sovereign, The Vale and Twynham housing associations.

Our current programme to develop around 900 new homes a year is well on track, and we have a pipeline of around 3000 more due to come through in growth areas in the next five years.

We develop affordable rented homes in all categories, including rural, sheltered, supported, shared ownership, intermediate rent, and for open market sale.

Most of these homes are delivered by working with major developers, such as Barratt, Taylor Wimpey, Redrow and Galliford Try, as well as regional partners such as Cavanna Homes, Rivar, Banner Homes, and Bloor Homes.

On sites we own or have bought, we use our four preferred contractors Rok, Leadbitter, Pearce Group and EG Carter, who are used to working to our 22 standard house types, and using our supply chain.

In addition, we offer services such as development agency work or architect expertise to smaller housing associations, such as United and Solon in Bristol.
