Investing in our homes
We have welcomed and embraced the Egan agenda throughout our property services and we aim for continuous improvement in efficiency and value for money. One of the new approaches we have developed is a strategy for asset management. This looks at what options we have to develop properties which have reached the end of their useful life, or are on under-utilised sites. This approach has been welcomed by the Housing Corporation. |
