Investing in communities
When we build our developments, we aim to use local sub-contractors and, where possible, source our construction materials from the nearby area to support the local economy. We are also fully committed to involving residents in making decisions about their neighbourhoods, including the design, construction and management of their new homes. Their participation is crucial to making sure that final proposals have the support of the whole community and are genuinely sustainable for the future.
