Home ownership
We have significant experience and are a major provider of low cost home ownership. We work with councils, employers and other housing associations to deliver affordable housing options for people on low to moderate incomes. We pride ourselves on delivering sustainable home ownership, providing a professional, supportive and caring service to all of our customers. We have already helped more than 1800 people get a home of their own through schemes like shared ownership and Homebuy and our dedicated Home Ownership team now market over 400 new low cost home ownership properties a year. The team also offers marketing services to other housing associations such as Westlea, Jephson, United, Cottsway and English Churches.
