Environmental sustainablility
New homes at The Oaks

We are committed to making sure that we minimise negative environmental impacts in:

  • developing new homes;
  • managing and maintaining our existing homes; and
  • all our normal business operations

On new developments, we provide a range of features to help reduce running costs and improve fuel efficiency. We want to help reduce how much energy and water people use, and to do this we have includes things like condensing boilers, low-energy light bulbs and composting bins in recent developments.

In addition, we have recently been selected to build the UK’s first major eco-village at Hanham Hall in South Gloucestershire, with Barratt Homes and English Partnerships.
