The Sovereign consortium

Sovereign Housing Group leads one of the most ambitious affordable housing programmes in the south, delivering 14 affordable homes every week.

The Sovereign Development Consortium formed in 2003 and has grown into a development alliance of 12 housing associations committed to reducing overheads, sharing expertise, and delivering as many new affordable homes as possible.

The programme focuses on fast-growing housing markets across the region, such as Swindon, Bristol, Basingstoke, Exeter, Reading, Slough, Horsham, Maidenhead, Andover, and Newbury.
