Our strategy

At Sovereign Housing Group, we are proud to have been recognised both for our strengths as a developer and for the quality of the services provided by Group members.

In 2006, board members and managers across the Group worked together to review how we could deliver strong central support and effective local services for the future.

Our strategic plan for 2006/07 – 2009/10 builds on our achievements - setting out how we will go further in forming partnerships and providing homes and neighbourhoods where people want to live. A summary document, highlighting key initiatives and targets is available to download here.
